Mini Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Stainless Steel, Jewelry and Hardware Parts – 19W/25W, 100x150mm
An 8.2 kg fiber marker measuring 360 x 275 x 520 mm: the optical path and column unscrew and pack flat, and it runs off a Windows PC. Field 100-150 mm, minimum line width 0.1 mm, air cooled.

The worktable is a perforated, lockable flat surface: fixtures mount on the standard hole pattern, and the column can be fixed anywhere on the table rather than only in the centre. Marking a ring’s inner wall, the side of a knife handle or a 150 mm nameplate is a fixture change and a column move, not a bespoke jig.
Control is a Windows PC: install EZCAD, connect, and mark. PLT, DXF, BMP, DST, DWG, LAS and DXP are all accepted, with text, graphics, QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers and date codes, and templates saved for the next run. The head carries a built-in dual red pointer, so positioning needs no test mark, and the software switches languages – one training session is enough for an operator.
The standard machine marks flat. A 360-degree rotary disc adds ring ODs and tube circumferences; a lift column covers different heights; a foot switch frees both hands; fume extraction handles plastics and coatings; guarding with an emergency stop and key switch suits shops and teaching rooms. Options follow the work rather than the invoice.
The M5 is a fiber marker built for small parts: 8.2 kg in a 360 x 275 x 520 mm body. The optical path and the column are bolted rather than welded – loosen them and the kit packs into a 557 x 550 x 200 mm case, so moving a shop or clearing a bench needs no van.
Two models: the 20M5+ runs an MFP-20M source at 19 W, the 30M5+ an MFP-25M at 25 W. Beam quality is M2 below 1.4 at 1064 +/- 5 nm, with power stability inside 3% and pulse repetition of 27-60 kHz (30-60 kHz on the 25 W unit). The field is 100-150 mm, marking runs up to 10000 mm/s, repeatability is +/-0.002, minimum line width 0.1 mm, minimum character height 0.15 mm, and engraving depth reaches 1 mm depending on power and time.
Cooling is built-in air; system power is 500 W on 220 V / 50 Hz, with 110 V accepted, and the source is rated for roughly 100,000 hours. Operating range is 0-40 C at 50-85% RH, with no oil mist or condensation. Control is a Windows PC running EZCAD, accepting PLT, DXF, BMP, DST, DWG, LAS and DXP.

Features

Built to a price you can justify
Desktop fiber marking equipment developed around what a small shop actually needs: simple, compact, flexible and convenient. The body is three assemblies – base, column, head – and fewer parts means fewer failure points, a lower price and a lower cost of ownership.
8.2 kg, Move It Between Jobs
The whole machine weighs about 8.2 kg: compact, light and carried by one person. Moving it from a counter to a studio bench or onto a trade-show stand is lift, plug in, carry on – no re-installation and no re-tuning.

One-piece Body, Compact and Solid
One integrated design: a compact, rigid body with stable performance. The base is a single metal block and the optical path and column sit directly on it, so nothing flexes while marking and nothing creeps over years of use. One-year warranty on the whole machine.
Column and Light Path Come Apart
The light path and column come apart freely, and the marking position adjusts at will. A few screws and it separates, which settles packing, stairs and courier shipping – the reason it travels better than a standard desktop unit.

Versatile Software, Install and Run
Runs on a Windows PC: connect, install and mark. The control software is complete and accepts PLT, DXF, BMP, DST, DWG, LAS and DXP, covering text, graphics, QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers and date codes, with a short learning curve.
Stowed Rotary Lift
Manual rotary docking control in a clean, simple form that can be stowed when idle. It is what lets this desktop machine mark ring ODs and full tube circumferences without giving up bench space.

Metal Oscillator with Double Red Light
A metal-bodied oscillator with a built-in double red pointer: no adjustment, no maintenance, and upgradeable to a high-speed digital scanning head. The dual pointer means you see the position before you mark, instead of test-marking on scrap.
Advanced Fiber Source
A high-quality source with a clean spot, uniform power density and stable output. It is sealed against light leakage and reflection, which is what mainstream work actually demands. Rated for about 100,000 operating hours, with built-in air cooling and no chiller.
