3D CO2 Laser Marking Machine for Wood, Leather and Acrylic – 5-20W Dynamic Focusing, 200-400mm Working Area
A cabinet-built 3D CO2 laser marker: 5-20 W source, 200-400 mm working area, focus driven along Z so cylinders, spheres and steps are finished in one clamping, air cooled on 110/220 V.

Boards that differ by a millimetre or two, stacked leather, a sheet with a slight warp: a 2D machine needs the focus reset per piece or a levelling fixture built first. With a large depth of field and automatic focus compensation, this one covers that range directly – put the work down and mark it. What is saved is setup time: no new fixture per batch and no operator re-focusing between pieces, which in short-run, high-mix shops often takes longer than the marking itself.
Nothing is consumed except electricity: no ink, no solvent, no ribbon, no shielding gas. Cooling is air, so there is no chiller to service and no water to change. Against an inkjet coder on the same line, the recurring cost is the difference between a power bill and a consumables bill – and a CO2 mark does not fade, rub off or bleed, so a lot code is still readable two years later.
The control software is MM3D 3D Professional Software: import the model, unwrap the target surface, apply focal compensation by height, save it as a template; flat work is laid out in the same package. Serial numbers, dates, batch codes and QR are generated in software, with files in AI, PLT, DXF, DWG, DXP, DST, BMP and JPG. Everything the operator needs is on one side: the monitor for live layout, a three-button console (start, stop, e-stop) that can be hit without looking, and the keyboard drawer under the table.
This is a CO2 marker in a cabinet, built for non-metal work that a flat-bed head cannot hold focus on. The head is a Sino-Galvo FL-3D-7210 with three-axis dynamic focusing: while the beam moves, the focal point is driven along Z, so a cylinder, a sphere, a slope or a stepped housing is finished in one clamping instead of being re-fixtured or focused in segments. Linearity is 99.9%, repeatability better than 8 uRad and long-term drift under 0.5 mRad across eight hours, which is what keeps depth even from one edge of a curve to the other.
Paired with a 5, 10 or 20 W CO2 source at 10.6 um, that changes what organics can take: because focus stays on the surface as material is removed, deep engraving no longer fades as it goes deeper. Wood takes relief at an adjustable depth, glass takes a fine matte mark without cracking, leather and plastic take layered patterns. Working area is 200×200, 300×300 or 400×400 mm, marking 6000 mm/s and positioning 12000 mm/s, air cooled on 110 V 60 Hz or 220 V 50 Hz.

Features

Core power: the laser source and the galvo motor, no substitute parts
The laser source and galvo motor come from first-tier suppliers, with no cheap substitutes. The beam exit and optical path are machined as one piece, not assembled from parts.
What the buyer gets: A steadier spot and less power decay, so the machine still performs near factory spec after years of hard use; the motor runs smooth and does not leave a jagged edge from vibration.
Heat management: how the head and the source shed temperature
Both the head and the source conduct heat through their metal bodies, with air cooling through the cabinet. No chiller, no water lines.
What the buyer gets: Heat is the quiet killer of a laser: poor control shows up as distortion first, then jitter, then a burnt board. Air cooling plus thermal mass lets it run continuously, and removes the chiller’s purchase price, water bill and maintenance.

Industrial brain: the control board is not where we save
No low-cost plug-in cards. The main board is industrial grade, with shielded and reinforced connectors, mounted on a supported base plate.
What the buyer gets: A factory floor is electrically dirty – VFDs, servos and big supplies all around. A weak board drops the connection, tears the display or hangs. An industrial one keeps running in the same cabinet and still answers fast on complex artwork.
No more guesswork: red-light positioning
A red-light positioning aid frames the working area first, so the part is checked before the beam fires.
What the buyer gets: No test marks to find the spot. A new operator lines the part up first time, scrap falls, and changeover gets quicker.

Clear through: quartz optics instead of ordinary glass
A hard, high-transmission quartz lens replaces ordinary glass, held by a locking ring rather than glued in place.
What the buyer gets: It takes heat, resists wear and does not shatter easily. More of the same power reaches the work, so lines come out finer and sharper, and the lens lasts longer.
Clean inside: wiring that runs straight
Cables run straight, bundled by function, laid out in modules, with power and signal separated.
What the buyer gets: Faults are found by eye instead of by tracing. No crossing, no crushed bundles, so ageing and short-circuit risk drop, and service time can be halved.
