 This fully automatic printing plate laser marking machine is mainly used in the printing plate-making industry. After plate making, the printing plate needs to be marked with the content information at both ends to quickly locate the correct printing plate during printing. This machine supports printing rollers with diameters of 100~400mm, lengths of 350~1700mm, and weights ≤50kg, covering commonly used ink-based high-volume printing roller specifications. The machine has a Z-axis travel, which can automatically raise the printing roller for symmetrical double-fan-shaped text and code marking. Because this type of printing roller marking requires a certain level of high-contrast visibility, we use a 50W Raycus MOPA laser, which can efficiently mark the printing roller with a dark gray color and sufficient depth, allowing customers to quickly find and match the markings.
