Dual-head battery tray laser marking machine
This large-format lithium battery tray laser marking machine is customized for electric vehicle chassis manufacturers. It is primarily used to simultaneously mark the top and sides of the lithium battery pack tray for traceability serial numbers and QR codes. It can also be used for precise selective removal of the anodized layer from the aluminum alloy tray surface before welding, ensuring better welding results. A fixed 50W MOPA fiber laser is used on the sides to meet the marking requirements for serial numbers and QR codes, with a marking area of 200200mm. The top uses a 2000mm servo motor moving module to drive a 100W MOPA fiber laser to ensure efficient depth marking and texturing. The F-Theta field lens is also 200200mm.
