Automatic Nameplate MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine
This fully automatic nameplate MOPA fiber laser marking machine uses a PLC-controlled automatic nameplate fixture and employs an adjustable pulse width and frequency MOPA laser instead of a conventional fiber laser. This provides finer marking results and wider material support, such as high-contrast graphic marking on labels and nameplates made of stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic, including QR codes and barcodes. This machine is highly automated. After placing nameplates in the machine, a single button press starts the automatic processing of all nameplates. At the start of marking, a vertical motor automatically feeds the nameplates, and it can be manually adjusted to accommodate various sizes and specifications of metal or plastic nameplates and cards. Photoelectric positioning precisely positions different numbers of nameplates during operation. Upon completion of marking, a pneumatic suction cup with an X-axis stroke moves above the nameplate, sucks it up, and releases it when it moves to the unloading area. Furthermore, a gravity sensor at the nameplate holder automatically stops operation after all loaded nameplates have been marked.
