Fiber Laser Marking Machine with Moving Module

This type of machine adds one or more axial moving modules in the X, Y, and Z axes to the conventional fiber laser marking machine. It is mainly used for large and medium-sized workpieces with a small range of single marking content but multiple positions need to be marked.
This type of laser marking machine can usually be implemented using a standard version or interface expansion version of the control board, without additional PLC support. The overall deployment cost is much lower than that of a 3D fiber laser marking machine with a high-power laser. By moving and resetting the galvanometer position, it can cooperate with PLC and robot, crane and other feeding methods to achieve a certain degree of automated marking. Therefore, it is very popular among manufacturers of products such as steel structures and aluminum alloy door and window frames.
