Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Stainless Steel, Anodized Aluminum and Hardware Tools – 20-100W
A fiber marker that fits on a shop counter: source, galvo and controller live in one body, 14 kg gross, and it runs from 220 V or 110 V the moment it is plugged in. Power 20-100 W, work area 100×100 to 300×300 mm, air cooled.

The desktop body measures 320x490x650 mm without the optional cabinet and weighs 14 kg gross. A jewellery shop doing personalised work, a small hardware batch or a lab running samples needs no dedicated room, and moving it is a one-person job. That is the practical difference from a floor-standing cabinet machine, which stands 1450 mm tall and has to be measured against the door frame.
At 1064 nm the mark lands on steel, stainless, aluminium, copper, alloys, plated parts and anodised surfaces, and on some plastics and coatings depending on formulation and colour. Two limits are worth stating: mirror-like reflective materials such as polished aluminium and pure copper need slower speed and more power, or a UV source; clear materials such as glass and acrylic do not mark at 1064 nm without a coating or a different wavelength.
The base machine draws under 1 kW and uses no ink or solvent, so running cost is electricity plus lens cleaning. What changes its capability is the option list: a rotary axis for cylinders and rings, a lift table for different heights, a red pointer for positioning, guarding and fume extraction for a shop or a lab, a foot switch to free both hands, and a key switch with emergency stop for controlled environments. They are added as the work arrives, not bought up front.
This desktop integrated fiber marker puts the source, the galvo, the controller and the software into one body: no external cabinet, no inter-unit cabling. Plug it into 220 V or 110 V, open EZCAD and mark. Gross weight is 14 kg in a 60x60x80 cm carton – one person can carry it.
Power is selectable from 20 to 100 W at 1064 nm with beam quality below M2 = 2; marking runs at 7000 mm/s with a minimum line width of 0.001 mm and repeatability of ±0.002. The field comes in 100×100, 200×200 and 300×300 mm, customizable. Graphics, characters, barcodes and QR codes are all within scope.
The source is air cooled, the machine draws under 1 kW and is rated for 100,000 hours, with no chiller required. It marks metals and non-metals: steel, stainless, aluminium, copper, alloys, plated and anodised surfaces, plus some plastics and coatings. Typical users are hardware tools, electronic components, jewellery, gift personalisation, medical devices, packaging labels and lab R&D.

Features

Heat Dissipation Holes
Simple design, efficient heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation of the machine. The vents run through the body so air passes over the internals instead of relying on the casing, which keeps output stable through an eight-hour shift rather than fading as the machine heats up.
Control Switch
Humanised control system with separate power and laser switches, so each can be turned off independently to save energy. Three switches in a row let an operator read the state at a glance – no menu, and no need to take gloves off.

High-Transmittance Field Lens
Coated high-transmittance field lens with strong light transmission and a smooth output, built for dusty and oily environments. The lens sets the field: the 100, 200 and 300 mm options correspond to three focal lengths.
High-Speed Galvanometer
A high-precision scanning galvanometer that holds character position within 0.5 mm, marking at 7000 mm/s across the whole field.

Precision Lifting Adjustment System
Lead-screw drive: smooth travel with no binding. The column carries a clear scale, so after a workpiece change the head returns to its focal position by reading the scale instead of test-marking.
| Item (datasheet wording) | Function |
| Laser Source | Fiber source, 20-100 W optional; JPT / Raycus |
| Laser Galvo | Scanning head at 7000 mm/s; sets line width and repeatability |
| Field Lens | Focusing; the 100 / 200 / 300 mm field corresponds to different lenses |
| Column | Height adjustment for focal length across part heights |
| Buttons | Start and operation; foot switch, key switch and stop available |
Material Compatibility
| Material | Result | Note |
| Stainless 304 / 316 | Good | Dark, high contrast; first choice for serials and QR |
| Carbon / alloy steel | Good | Deep marking possible; paint after marking |
| Aluminium (bare) | Good | White or dark depending on parameters |
| Anodised aluminium | Very good | Marks by colour change on the oxide; gift and enclosure work |
| Copper / brass | Workable | Highly reflective; slow down and raise power, test first |
| Zinc / nickel plated | Workable | Breaks the coating; assess corrosion requirements |
| Some plastics (ABS / PC / PA) | Workable | Depends on colour and grade; extraction needed |
| Painted / coated surfaces | Workable | Removes paint to reveal the substrate |
| Glass / acrylic (clear) | No | 1064 nm does not act; needs a coating or UV / CO2 |
| Mirror aluminium / pure copper | Limited | High reflection loss; slower speed, more power or another wavelength |
