Fully Automatic Dot Peen Marking Machine for Valve Lid
This fully automatic valve bonnet dot matrix marking machine was customized to meet the needs of our fully automatic flange valve marking machine customer. It is used to mark the top covers that previously matched valves. Since only one side of the valve top cover needs to be marked, this machine does not use the rotating clamps standard in our flange marking machine series. To meet the customer’s requirement for fully automatic marking of various valve specifications in conjunction with robotic arm loading and unloading, this machine uses a 200mm stroke servo motor moving module to adapt to the width of the valve cover and prevent the robotic arm from hitting the marking needle during loading. A set of photoelectric photoelectric switches and distance sensors transmit signals to the MES system to indicate the presence of a workpiece, avoiding repeated loading and collisions. Two cylinder clamping devices achieve automated clamping and release of the workpiece. Upon receiving instructions from the MES, the machine automatically retrieves the corresponding file for marking and sends the encoding and marking information back to the MES system.
