This vertical rotary dot matrix marking machine is suitable for shoulder marking of small to medium-sized gas cylinders with capacities of 5-50L, lengths of 40-650mm, diameters of 10-250mm, and weights of 0.1-50kg. Its long-amplitude special marking needles ensure that the lettering and patterns are marked on curved surfaces without distortion. The single marking depth can reach 0.3-0.5mm. Whether marking is followed by painting or painting followed by marking, clear and permanent markings can be achieved, meeting the identification and traceability requirements of various national or industry standards. For manual loading and securing of these gas cylinders, the vertical marking machine is more labor-saving and faster than a horizontal system. Forklifts, overhead cranes, hydraulic power arms, and robotic arms can be used for cylinder loading. The machine is equipped with a wall-mounted Thorx-6 touchscreen controller, which is connected to the marking machine via an overhead cable. The controller can be installed separately, and the cable length can be customized.
