These systems are typically customized based on the product you are welding. These systems typically feature customized X-Y-Z travel according to the customer’s workpiece dimensions. Rotating or tilting fixtures can also be added to accommodate specific workpiece shapes, enabling 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC automated welding. This type of welding typically demands high precision and seam quality, particularly for complex metal parts. Heavy workpieces are less common, so the entry-level 1500W configuration is the most commonly used. However, higher laser powers can be selected to ensure weld depth and strength, depending on customer needs.
