Desktop Three-Axis Motion Module (MOPA) Description

This X-Y-Z three-axis MOPA fiber laser marking machine uses a 500*400*300mm moving module and features a design that separates the operator from the workpiece, tailored to the customer’s specific usage scenario. The customer has their own tooling and possesses a high degree of automation deployment and application capabilities; therefore, instead of using conventional aluminum or steel worktables in the work area, we pre-drilled screw holes according to the customer’s tooling drawings. The machine can be integrated into the customer’s MES system, automating operations through commands issued by the customer’s PLC. The PLC directs the conveyor belt to load the material, then instructs the pneumatic tooling to clamp and position it, followed by marking. After marking, the machine sends a completion signal back to the PLC for unloading, continuously cycling through this process to achieve 24/7 uninterrupted fully automatic marking. The display screen and operating area are located opposite the work area for production line engineers to monitor the work status and adjust parameters, preventing personnel from entering hazardous areas.

This 6-axis CNC automatic platform laser welding machine is primarily designed for precision welding of small metal workpieces. Based on our standard model, it features a smaller 500*400*400mm travel module and a smaller cabinet to meet customer requirements for reduced space and logistics costs. The travel module of this model can also be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements.

We have equipped this machine with a CCD electron microscope camera and a separate display screen for precise adjustment and positioning of welding positions, as well as real-time monitoring of welding quality and results.
