This 250*150mm pneumatic gold bar marking machine is a customized version of the basic model. It uses a high-smoothness 3mm marking needle and can mark at a relatively low air pressure setting of 0.3MPa to avoid excessive deformation or debris on the soft gold bar surface, thus maintaining the net content. It utilizes a powerful Thorx-7 controller to allow customers to mark dot matrix text based on their own fonts. The customer customized the marking area according to the required marking size of 1000g gold bars. Combined with high-precision HIWIN 20 guide rails and SMC solenoid valves from renowned suppliers, this marking machine can mark the entire surface of the customer’s gold bars with dot matrix text, logos, special channel information, and other content with uniform single-dot diameter and shape.

This 6-axis CNC automatic platform laser welding machine is primarily designed for precision welding of small metal workpieces. Based on our standard model, it features a smaller 500*400*400mm travel module and a smaller cabinet to meet customer requirements for reduced space and logistics costs. The travel module of this model can also be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements.
We have equipped this machine with a CCD electron microscope camera and a separate display screen for precise adjustment and positioning of welding positions, as well as real-time monitoring of welding quality and results.
