Automatic Motorcycle Frame Ball Hydraulic Pressing Buttering VIN Marking Machine
This integrated machine for motorcycle frame and fork cup clamping, grease application, and VIN marking achieves three processes in one station. Only manual installation of the frame onto one side of the clamp is required; the entire process—cylinder clamping, cup clamping, grease application, and VIN marking—is fully automated, taking approximately 30 seconds. Compared to traditional three separate workstations, this significantly reduces the time wasted on manual operations such as frame handling, positioning, and securing, increasing production efficiency by more than 10 times. This machine is currently in use by several mainstream motorcycle and tricycle brands in China, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, supporting the daily travel of hundreds of millions of people.

This 6-axis CNC automatic platform laser welding machine is primarily designed for precision welding of small metal workpieces. Based on our standard model, it features a smaller 500*400*400mm travel module and a smaller cabinet to meet customer requirements for reduced space and logistics costs. The travel module of this model can also be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements.
We have equipped this machine with a CCD electron microscope camera and a separate display screen for precise adjustment and positioning of welding positions, as well as real-time monitoring of welding quality and results.
