This automatic platform pulsed laser cleaning machine utilizes a CNC multi-axis motion control platform and a large-sized cabinet. This configuration is also commonly used in automated laser marking and laser welding machines. By using servo motor movement modules along the X, Y, and Z axes, the machine can automatically move the cleaning galvanometer based on the input 3D model of the workpiece, thus cleaning larger areas of rust more stably and efficiently than handheld operation. Furthermore, rotary axes (R-axis), tilting axes, etc., can be used to automatically and efficiently clean workpieces of specific shapes, avoiding substrate damage caused by over-cleaning that is common with handheld operation. This system offers flexible configuration options, ranging from 50W air-cooled 1.5mJ lasers to 1000W or even 2000W 150mJ water-cooled pulsed lasers. The key advantage lies in using multi-axis motion to replace manual labor, achieving more stable cleaning results, improving cleaning aesthetics and efficiency, and reducing substrate damage.0*400*400mm, enabling precise and automated tasks such as rust removal, paint removal, anodizing layer removal, and coating removal. A tilting galvanometer allows for tilted laser beam incidence relative to the workpiece, reducing the impact of surface unevenness or contaminants on cleaning uniformity and minimizing potential damage to the substrate from laser energy absorption. The tilting rotating fixture also enables automated, high-precision cleaning of various irregularly shaped workpieces.

This 6-axis CNC automatic platform laser welding machine is primarily designed for precision welding of small metal workpieces. Based on our standard model, it features a smaller 500*400*400mm travel module and a smaller cabinet to meet customer requirements for reduced space and logistics costs. The travel module of this model can also be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements.
We have equipped this machine with a CCD electron microscope camera and a separate display screen for precise adjustment and positioning of welding positions, as well as real-time monitoring of welding quality and results.
