Enclosed Desktop MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine
A fully enclosed desktop MOPA fibre marker: 1064 nm, adjustable pulse so stainless takes colour and anodised aluminium takes black, fume kept inside the cabinet, air cooled on 220/110 V.
With a minimum line width of 0.001 mm, ±0.002 mm repeatability, M² below 2, and speeds up to 7,000 mm/s, it delivers precise micro-text and Data Matrix codes for jewellery, hardware, and electronics.
Features a 100,000-hour laser source, power consumption below 1 kW, and air cooling for reliable operation with reduced energy and maintenance costs.
The enclosed cabinet and integrated fume extraction help protect optical components from dust and marking fumes, reducing contamination and routine maintenance.
A desktop marker with a MOPA fibre source inside a closed cabinet. At 1064 nm the pulse width and repetition rate are set independently, so one machine grows blue, gold, red or violet oxide on stainless, strips a clean black out of anodised aluminium without melting the substrate, and leaves a crisp, bubble-free pale mark on ABS and PP. A conventional Q-switched source struggles with all three because its heat input is fixed.
The enclosure is what makes it deployable: door interlock, emergency stop, extraction inside the cavity, no fume escaping and no workshop dust getting in. It arrives as one 55 x 55 x 70 cm crate at 35 kg and sits on a bench. The card gives +/-0.002 mm repeatability, a 0.001 mm minimum line width, 7000 mm/s, a 100,000-hour source, under 1 kW and air cooling on AC 220/110 V +/-10%.
