Large Format Gantry UV Laser Marker for Glass & FPC
A gantry UV marker: the servo gantry covers the travel, the galvo holds the precision, so full-board glass, FPC and PCB arrays mark in one clamping with no visible seam. 300 to 2000 mm, 355 nm, 7000 mm/s.

The integrated gantry, UV source, water cooling and industrial PC fit into one cabinet. Operating on 220 V / 50 Hz with 1000–1500 W consumption, it suits standard workshop power supplies.
Supports multiple file formats, built-in text and code generation, and coordinated motion control. MES connectivity enables machine-status monitoring and production traceability.
This machine splits the job in two: a servo gantry carries the head anywhere on the board, and the galvo holds the pattern accurate locally. The result is that the field is no longer capped by a galvo’s economic view – 300×300 up to 2000×2000 mm in four sizes, one clamping for a full board. The seam is where machines of this class are actually judged: dual-galvo stitching with dynamic focusing holds the joint to about 0.05 mm, so a dense QR array or a long character string shows no step.
The source is 355 nm UV, a cold process: photons break the surface bonds instead of burning material away, and the heat-affected zone stays tiny. On a large format that compounds – marking a glass sheet or a PCB array in sections adds heat with every pass, while a cold process adds none. A 0.015 mm minimum line width, 0.01 mm positioning and 7000 mm/s marking, held steady over a long run by water cooling and the Syntec control system.

Galvo head: 0.02 mm scanning, 8000 mm/s
The galvo is the heart of a marker. This one is a 3D dynamic-focus head: 0.02 mm scanning accuracy, 8000 mm/s marking, with Z-axis focus that tracks a curved or stepped surface. The 7000 mm/s and 0.01 mm in the specification sheet come from this part.
Field lens: imported F-Theta, sized to the power
The field lens sets both the single-field view and the spot quality at the edge. Standard is 110×110 mm, stepping to 175×175 mm at 20 W, 200×200 mm at 30 W and 300×300 mm at 50 W and 100 W, with custom sizes available. Changing the lens changes the field without changing the machine.
Power supply: MeanWell LRS-330-24, verifiable on the label
The power supply is where service life is usually lost. This machine uses a MeanWell LRS-330-24 at 24 V / 14 A, whose model is a published catalogue part, so its rating and certification can be checked, and it is rated for 24-hour continuous duty. When a PSU fails the whole machine stops, which is why this is not the part to economise on.
Control card and licensed software: Windows 32- and 64-bit
A genuine control card paired with licensed marking software, installable on 32- and 64-bit Windows with a one-touch Chinese/English switch. What the card buys is noise immunity and throughput: complex artwork keeps up, and a long batch run does not freeze.
Scale ruler: aviation aluminium, an assembly datum you can see
A gantry machine lives or dies on assembly. Skew a rail by 0.02 mm and the error at two metres is a misregister. This machine carries an aviation-aluminium precision scale on the working travel, clearly graduated, used as the datum for assembly and re-inspection – half of whether 0.05 mm stitching is achievable is decided here.
Wiring: straight runs, grouped by function
Every run sits in a slotted duct with evenly spaced ties and a crimped ferrule on each core; power and signal are separated and grounds bus to their own copper bar. The benefit is practical: a fault can be traced by eye, cables are neither crossed nor pinched, the risk of an aged short drops, and service time is halved.
