Fully Enclosed Desktop UV Laser Marking Machine for Plastics
A closed-cabinet UV marker: 355 nm cold marking so plastics and glass take a mark without yellowing or burning, 5 to 20 W, 100-600 mm area, interlocked door and fume extraction, 300 to 450 W on 220 or 110 V.

M2 of 1.2 or better, a 5 mm spot, divergence within 1 mrad, 0.01 mm positioning and 7000-12000 mm/s marking. What that buys is small characters and codes that still scan – not the ability to mark at all.
Power and pulse-to-pulse stability within 3% RMS, pointing stability below 25 μrad, and a 10–35°C operating range help ensure consistent marking quality throughout production.
The sealed cavity and integrated fume extraction help protect optics from dust and fumes while reducing maintenance needs. Power consumption ranges from 300 W to 450 W, depending on the model.
This is a desktop UV marker with the work area sealed inside a metal cabinet and protective window: opening the door cuts the beam through the interlock, and the fume stays in the cavity. For a lab, a cleanroom or an office-side line, that question comes before any specification, because it decides whether the machine can sit next to a workstation.
The source is 355 nm in 5, 10 or 20 W, and the process is cold: photons break the surface molecular chains so material leaves as molecules rather than being burned, which is why plastic does not yellow, glass does not crack and electronics do not carbonise. M2 of 1.2 or better, a 5 mm spot, 0.01 mm positioning, 7000-12000 mm/s, and power stability within 3% rms keep the depth the same at hour twelve as at hour one. The machine draws 300-450 W from a single-phase 220 V or 110 V supply.

Features

Field lens: double-coated, with optical correction
Double-coated, high-temperature-resistant optics with optical correction, so the spot at the edge of the field matches the centre – the edge is where a large field usually gives up first. Below 50 W the lens is K9 glass; at 50 W and above it is quartz. Once power climbs, lens heat tolerance stops being a specification and becomes a service-life question.
Galvanometer: built for 24-hour running
Twenty-four hour non-stop operation: stable, high positioning accuracy, fast marking, strong immunity to interference. The galvo is what sets cycle time and consistency – a batch marked in the afternoon has to match the one marked in the morning, and that is down to this part not drifting.

Lifting column: a larger one than competitors
A larger column than competitors, so bigger workpieces fit inside the envelope. Being able to load the part is what lets you take the job – the easiest item to overlook when specifying, and the one that decides whether the machine can handle the batch you already have.
Power supply: low no-load loss, CE certified
Extremely low no-load loss to meet energy-saving requirements, and CE safety certification. The power supply is where machine life usually ends: when it fails, every other part on this page stops mattering. On a machine that runs around the clock, this is not the part to economise on.

Wiring cabinet: tidy, so it can be serviced
Neater wiring: bundles grouped by function, held in ducts, a crimped ferrule on every core. Tidy is not for looks – a fault is visible as soon as the cabinet opens, cables are neither crossed nor pinched, the risk of an aged short falls, and service time drops by roughly half.
| Assembly | What it does |
| Sealed cabinet and window | The metal shell wraps the whole work area; the window lets you watch it, and the shell blocks UV scatter |
| Door interlock (induction switch) | Opening the door cuts the beam; an emergency stop sits beside it |
| Built-in extraction | Fume and debris stay in the cavity, with internal or external filtration by configuration |
| Galvo and field lens | Set the 100-600 mm field and the spot; the lens is chosen to match the field |
| UV source | 355 nm at 5, 10 or 20 W; JPT, Huaray or INNO |
| Cooling and control | Air or water by power rating; control and software are inside the enclosure, AC 220/110 V |
Material Compatibility
| Group | Materials | Note |

| Transparent and brittle | Glass, quartz glass, ceramics, electronic ceramics, glazed tile, marble | No micro-crack band; glassware and panels mark directly |
| Transparent and brittle | ★ Crystal and gemstone (incl. sub-surface), ★ sapphire and optical crystal | Only UV can take these in the matrix |
| Electronics | ★ Silicon wafer, ★ IC package, PCB/FPC, components, cable, keypads, battery shells | Precision electronics, connectors, medical electronics |
| Metals | Stainless, aluminium, copper, galvanised, titanium, precious metals, plated parts, foil under 0.5 mm, medical UDI | Shallow marking; high-reflection resistance is listed as yes |
| Organic and fibre | Leather, PU leather, fabric, non-woven, paper and board, labels, wood, bamboo | Markable, but CO2 is more economical |
