Our Desktop Pneumatic Cylinder Dot Peen Marker series was released almost simultaneously with the Handheld Engraver. Based on standard desktop pneumatic dot peen markers, it is optimized for gas cylinders with rotary fixtures. These automatic cylinder engravers differ in their horizontal and vertical rotary systems, which can accommodate cylinders of various sizes, weights and loading methods. They are also suitable for marking round parts, such as tubes and pipes. We also offer customizable function modules to improve process efficiency and quality.

Description

The gas cylinder rotary engraver was originally designed for marking small gas cylinders. We modified it to accommodate larger cylinders by adding planetary gearboxes. To meet our customers’ need for automated loading, we also offer movable marking heads and automatic pneumatic clamping fixtures as optional add-ons. Today, our rotary cylinder marking machines are cost-effective and reliable for a wide range of tasks involving different levels of automation. They can also be customized to meet specific needs.

Our desktop cylinder engravers are typically used for more flexible recycling and reuse of cylinders, some customers use them to grind off the previous marking, re-mark and then repaint. For this reason, the new mark needs to be deep enough to be visible after painting, so our full range of bench top cylinder markers are available with our optional Depth Engraving Upgrade Kit, which allows marking depths of 0.5mm or more to be achieved in less than a minute.
