Rechargeable Electric Marking Machine
Portable rechargeable electric marking machine that runs on battery power with no air source, marking numbers, characters and logos on metal parts up to HRC 60, indoors or on site.

01 No Compressed Air
Electromagnetic drive for quieter marking.
02 Portable & Battery-Powered
5,000 mA battery and 6 kg lightweight design.
03 High Precision & Stability
Repeat accuracy below 0.1 mm.
The rechargeable electric marking machine is a portable, battery-powered unit for marking metal workpieces. It uses electromagnetic energy as kinetic energy rather than pneumatic high-frequency printing, so it requires neither a compressed air source nor an external power supply. This makes it suitable for mobile work and for workshops where compressed air is not available, and it greatly reduces marking noise during operation compared with air-driven marking.
The unit is built around a touchscreen, a carrying handle, a replaceable battery and a marking pin. Numbers, characters and logos are entered manually on the screen, with size and spacing adjustable, and the marking direction can be set to up, down, left or right side marking. Imported linear bearings and synchronous belt transmission are used to improve marking stability and accuracy, and the stated repeat precision is below 0.1 mm.
The machine marks all metals with a hardness below HRC 60, within a standard marking range of 120 × 30 mm or 150 × 40 mm (customizable), at 5–100 characters per minute and a stroke frequency of up to 100 Hz. It weighs 6 kg, measures 270 × 220 × 315 mm, and ships with a marking pin, battery, charger and limit switch. Please note the operating boundaries: workpiece hardness must stay below HRC 60, marking content is entered manually on the screen (no file import or automatic layout is described in the available data), and any marking area larger than the standard ranges requires a customized configuration.

Features
No Air Source Required
Uses electromagnetic energy as kinetic energy instead of pneumatic high-frequency printing, so no compressor or air line is needed and marking noise is greatly reduced.
Battery-Powered Portability
A 5,000 mA battery and a 6 kg body with a carrying handle allow the unit to move between workstations or be taken on site, with no external power supply required.
Stable Marking Accuracy
Imported linear bearings and synchronous belt transmission improve stability and accuracy, supporting a repeat precision below 0.1 mm and smooth, well-defined marking results.
Touchscreen Input with Adjustable Content & Direction
Numbers, characters and logos are entered manually on the touchscreen, with size and spacing adjustable and marking direction set to up, down, left or right side marking.
Flexible Marking Range for Metals
Marks all metals below HRC 60 within 120 × 30 mm or 150 × 40 mm (customizable) at 5–100 characters per minute, with ≤100 Hz stroke frequency.

Material Compatibility
| Material Category | Compatible Materials | Typical Marking Effect & Applications |
| Metals | All metals with a hardness below HRC 60, including steel, aluminum, and copper. | Clear, permanent marking of numbers, characters and logos. Sample-supported applications: motor rating plates, equipment data plates (model, pressure, capacity, serial numbers), logo/wordmark marking on metal panels, and part numbers on machined metal components. |
