It mainly produces muffler parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and general-purpose engines, as well as sheet metal components for home appliances, and has long served brands such as Loncin, Zongshen, Midea, and Haier, with solid production scale and industry reputation. The company’s original production line used traditional TIG welding to process exhaust pipes and sheet metal parts. Although welding quality and efficiency were stable, with the continuous upgrading of Chongqing’s emission standards, the traditional welding process generates a large amount of fumes and dust, making it difficult to meet green production requirements.

The client’s core demands are very clear: replace the traditional TIG welding equipment and introduce new intelligent welding machines that, while ensuring welding quality and adapting to the complex curved surface processing of exhaust pipes, significantly reduce welding fumes and optimize the production environment.
