Our technical engineers installed and debugged a scribing machine for the customer to replace the customer’s silicon carbide marking model.

A few days ago, we demonstrated a scribing machine prototype for an automobile chassis parts manufacturer in Anhui Province. Now, our engineers went to the customer’s site and completed the installation and delivery of the machine. This customer is a listed company headquartered in Shanghai, and its customers include major automobile brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai Kia, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Nissan, Jaguar Land Rover, General Motors, Dongfeng, Changan, FAW, Geely, Great Wall, JAC, BYD, Duzun, XPeng, Li Auto, Leapmotor, Hozon, Dongfeng, SAIC, GAC, Dongfeng, Changan, FAW, Chery, and many others.

The customer had previously used SIC Marking’s equipment to mark some of its vehicle models. This brand has a long history and enjoys a high reputation in the field of traditional pneumatic dot peen and scribe marking. This time, the customer wanted to purchase a new system to expand its production line. After precise optical measurement and sample testing, the customer found that our marking machine is quieter, marks deeper, and performs better than the old machine. They also found that our system is more cost-effective, and that our Thorx-7 system controller is easy to debug and can communicate and operate well with the customer’s SAP ERP and MES systems. After several hours of on-site debugging by our engineers, the system was ready.

The customer signed a new purchase contract with us, requiring the delivery of five more machines of the same model this month. They also plan to send a technical team to visit the factory this month or next month and sign a framework procurement agreement.
