This dual-station rotary worktable UV laser marking machine is customized according to customer needs. It is used to mark LOGOs on white circular fan panels and mark the functions of knobs and buttons on control panels. The customer previously used two standard UV laser marking machines with custom positioning plates and manual positioning to ensure accurate marking positions and angles, but the efficiency was low when manually installing the positioning plates for the 3 screw holes at the lower part of the circular panel. After in-depth discussion with the customer on the direction of automation upgrading, the customer chose to use a rotary worktable. The positioning holes on the worktable customized according to the drawings can be compatible with the customer’s two types of panels at the same time. Meanwhile, after batch placement, the foot switch can be stepped on to achieve semi-automatic marking. Only one operator is needed to achieve better production efficiency than two people in the past.
